Unlimited access to the help desk
For any problems \ issues you may have with your computer just call \ email the Help Desk. The team will be more than happy to help you out and, if necessary, will log onto your machine remotely to sort your problem out.
Reduced call out rates for onsite visits
All callouts to site (home or business) Ace charge out on an hourly or daily basis. Same for those with a Support Contract but lower callout fee – 18.75% discount on all repair project work.
Guaranteed 4 hour response time
Usual response to a call is, if not immediate, within the hour but obviously there can be exceptions. With a Support Contract you will get same response but moved to TOP of the list plus absolutely guaranteed minimum 4 hour response time!
Free consultation and advice on IT issues
ACE Support Contract also entitles you to FREE consultation with any of the team about any IT questions \ queries you may have about your existing system \ setup or new equipment you are looking to purchase or install.

Getting Started
When you sign up to a contract the first thing that ACE will do (at no charge) is to come onsite to your main office premises and take a detailed look at all of your IT hardware. This will be followed by a detailed report of all the hardware you possess with detail of condition and any recommendations that could improve the state and performance of your IT Network.
On-going Support
For a monthly, quarterly or annual fee, based on the number of workstations in your business, our team of experienced technicians provide a complete IT support service. This includes 24-hour remote monitoring of your critical systems and services.
