We will then search our various suppliers’ stock holdings to find the best value deal at the time that matches your requirement and then email you a fixed price quotation for the item in question. We can also quote you for delivery of the hardware required to your home / office and setup onto your wired / wireless networks.

Unlimited access to the help desk

For any problems \ issues you may have with your computer just call \ email the Help Desk. The team will be more than happy to help you out and, if necessary, will log onto your machine remotely to sort your problem out.

Reduced call out rates for onsite visits

All callouts to site (home or business) Ace charge out on an hourly or daily basis. Same for those with a Support Contract but lower callout fee – 18.75% discount on all repair project work.

Guaranteed 4 hour response time

Usual response to a call is, if not immediate, within the hour but obviously there can be exceptions. With a Support Contract you will get same response but moved to TOP of the list plus absolutely guaranteed minimum 4 hour response time!

ACE Support Contract also entitles you to FREE consultation with any of the team about any IT questions \ queries you may have about your existing system \ setup or new equipment you are looking to purchase or install.
